Peter has been a commercial Real Estate Broker with Malone Commercial Brokers for over 30 years. Although Pete’s lifelong real estate career includes the sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and investment property, his particular specialty is the Portland Downtown and Old Port retail and office markets. Pete is known as a retail expert with an established reputation for getting deals done with tenants and landlords. Pete is currently the President of Maine Listings after serving a term as First Vice President, again, the first commercial real estate broker to be elected. Pete has served on almost every committee possible with the REALTORS® in Maine.
