Over his 20-year career in corporate real estate, Peter Hamann has been dedicated to the representation of tenants and their Global office needs. Based in the Bay Area, Peter has focused on the representation of emerging technology companies from seed funding through IPO. Peter has successfully represented, a variety of dynamic Global companies, with strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis, lease/sale negotiations and workplace solutions with a goal of aligning each companies’ real estate needs with their business objectives. Peter joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2022. Prior to that, he spent 7 years with Savills as a Vice Chairman and 13 years at Cresa as a Principal.
