Peter DeGuerre

Peter has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate representing corporations throughout Canada, United States and Europe. His responsibilities have been varied and have included all aspects of office leasing, investment sales, cold calling, offer preparation and negotiation on behalf of various companies he has acted on behalf of. Peter has completed in excess of 500 transactions involving over 10 million square feet of office/retail, industrial space and land. Peter most recently was successful in the leasing of over 300,000 square feet for Transamerica Life Insurance Company of Canada as well as a 276,000 square foot sale of 10 Allstate Parkway to Seneca College and a 450,000 sale of Sears Canada head office building to Ontario Realty Corporation. Peter brings a level of energy and enthusiasm combined with an aggressive style assisting his clients involving real estate decision.
