Peter Balyeat, a Chicago area native, delivers professional commercial real estate services and provides his clients with competent and creative business solutions. Since 2001, Mr. Balyeat has represented national, international, and local clients in identifying and negotiating new real estate opportunities. Clients such as HTL International, Ross International, Pharma Trust, Hyva Corporation, Weishaupt America Incorporated, and Baumuller - Normont have turned to Mr. Balyeat to leverage his extensive market knowledge and in turn produce value added results. He has also completed both transactions and representation assignments for First Industrial Realty Trust, Clear Height Properties and Prologis. To date, Mr. Balyeat has completed over 2,000 transactions throughout the Chicago land area with a value in excess of $750 million. Mr. Balyeat is responsible for developing and increasing Korman/Lederer’s presence in the Northwest and North Cook County markets, as well as continuing to serve his client base throughout Chicago.
