Peter joined Pattillo Industrial Real Estate in 1992 and is Vice President, New Investments of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate and is responsible for new investments including acquisitions, speculative developments, and build-to-suit transactions in coastal markets. Peter has coordinated the development and leasing of more than 10,000,000 SF of Pattillo projects over the past 25 years including projects with BMW, Volvo Truck Parts, Falken Tire, GE Aviation, Boeing, Owens & Minor, and WW Grainger.
