Pete Warsinske

Pete Warsinske is a Senior Vice President with Flinn Ferguson, focusing on Life Science real estate. Pete began his career at CBRE, specializing in advising early-stage to established life science companies, major regional health systems, prominent physician groups, and similar organizations with complex space requirements. During Pete’s time at CBRE, he earned Rookie of the Year and was consistently named a “top producer by title” for the Northwest region. Pete’s clients count on his unique specialization and benefit from the insights, relationships, and nuances gained by his dedication to the sector. Pete is deeply immersed in the local life science community and continues to study the field with a passionate interest – he is currently completing a certificate in Strategic Approaches to Medical Device & Drug Development. Pete grew up in the Bay Area, just outside of San Francisco, and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington, where he majored in Finance.
