Pete Rencher

Pete Rencher is a native Central Oregonian who graduated from Redmond High School in 1972 and went on to Southern Utah University where he graduated in 1977. Pete has a business background of over 20 years, owning his own successful independent Insurance Agency. As a successful entrepreneur, Pete saw Commercial Real Estate as a chance to open more investment doors for his clients and in 1999, Pete joined Kerr, Oliver & Brock in Bend/Redmond and later joining Windermere Commercial in 2003. With extensive roots in the local community, Pete has established relationships with his clients bringing enthusiasm, innovation and a never say never attitude. Pete s honest and fair approach and unwavering commitment to his clients are part of his success in the commercial real estate industry.
