Our roots in the industry started with the investment of a single mobile home in South Dakota almost 19 years ago. While in college, Pete worked on delivery and setup of units and eventually moved into the retail sales side of the business. Several years later Pete took a position as regional sales manager with Champion Home Builders out of the Indiana Plant and then with Commodore Industries in Pennsylvania. In 1998 Pete moved from the wholesale/ builder side to park owner/operator in Arizona. Brokerage of parks and investment properties came with the activation of an Arizona real estate license and which then became the focus of our company.
