Pete Hayes

Pete began his career with The Codman Company in Boston in 1983. In 1987 he opened a Codman office in Providence, which became Hayes & Sherry in 1990. During his tenure in the marketplace, Pete has negotiated millions of square feet of leases and sales, including office, industrial, retail, land, and hospitality properties with the largest deal being the sale of a 1,200,000 square foot headquarters building in Reno, Nevada for $156,000,000.
