Pete Foster is a twenty year veteran in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. As a broker Pete focuses on Industrial, Investment and Owner/User Properties. Pete has been involved in the Colorado Commercial Real Estate industry for 20+ years, and has personally completed over 400 transactions. Pete brings a wide range of knowledge and experience from his degrees in Real Estate and Marketing and his experience working with Developers, Business Owners and Financial Institutions. After serving in the United States Air Force, Pete received dual Bachelor’s of Science degrees with majors in Real Estate and Marketing from Colorado State University College of Business.
