Pete Delneky
Peter Delneky is a First Vice President at CBRE and member of the Midwest Consulting Practice Group. Within the Consulting Practice, Peter concentrates on developing and implementing complex and strategic real estate plans on behalf of his clients. Peter joined CBRE in 2006 as an analyst in the firm''s Oak Brook Information Management Group, where he compiled statistical market data and evaluated current and historical trends. His in-depth understanding of CBRE''s full-service platform as well as his industry acumen and experience encompass markets on local, national and international levels. Prior to CBRE, Peter worked in research for two prominent Chicago hospitals and was a sales representative for Joseph Phelps Vineyards in California. Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University. He was also a member of the US National Karate Team for ten years.
