Having earned his CCIM designation, Perry is recognized as a leading expert in commercial investment real estate. Through his success, Perry has proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, as well as, negotiation. As a fifth generation Austinite with real estate roots and family history dating back more than 100 years in Austin, Texas, Perry has a deep passion for the history and culture of Austin, which is conveyed through his work. Outside of real estate, Perry likes to spend as much time as he can outdoors with his wife, Lauren, and their two Labrador retrievers. He is an adventure seeker and an enthusiastic bow hunter, slalom skier, and golfer.
