Principal Broker and Owner of Lava Rock Realty, Peggy was born in Japan and raised in Taiwan before immigrating to the U.S. with her family at an early age. Growing up in Southern California, she gained invaluable entrepreneurial experience through her family’s import and export and retail businesses. A licensed REALTOR® in Hawaii since 1990, Peggy brings over 35 years of expertise in real estate sales, consulting, and property management on both Oahu and Hawai?i Island. She is highly regarded for her extensive, hands-on training, guiding both new and seasoned agents in navigating the complexities of the real estate industry. Fluent in four languages—English, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese—Peggy provides exceptional service to her local, national, and international clients, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and language challenges. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, engaging in a variety of crafts such as lauhala weaving, sewing, making jewelries, planning events, and traveling.
