Peggy Rougeou

Peggy Rougeou is responsible for the leasing, sales, and marketing of over five million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space for the company’s Houston office. As director of several leasing teams and a marketing division, Peggy is Tarantino’s lead negotiator and has been involved in numerous commercial real estate sales transactions for clients over the years. Her aggressive, high energy, and enthusiastic personality and professional success have earned her numerous accolades, including her selection as CoStar’s Power Broker each year from 2006 through 2010. Peggy has been with Tarantino for the last 15 years and in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. Before joining Tarantino, she was vice president of Bland Development. Peggy attended the University of St. Thomas for business management and accounting and currently holds an active Texas Real Estate Broker’s license. She is actively involved in the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She has had an interest in real estate since she was a child, purchasing her first property at age 21 and continuing to grow a successful real estate portfolio today.
