Payton Rion

Payton Rion joined Stream in 2015 and serves as Senior Vice President within the firm’s San Antonio industrial and land team. Payton’s primary responsibilities include project leasing, sales, tenant representation, tracking market data, and sourcing strategic investment opportunities for his clients. With over 8 years of experience in this role, he has played an instrumental part in over 350 real estate transactions, totaling more than 4,750,000 square feet leased and over 1,700 acres sold. Prior to joining Stream, Payton was an offensive lineman for the University of Texas at San Antonio. Payton is an active member of the San Antonio SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and his strong work ethic, determination, and sincerity attribute to his success.
