Paula Blanchard is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Hanna Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo New York. Ms. Blanchard joined RealtyUSA’s Commercial Division in January 2005, focusing on buyer and tenant representation, office, retail, industrial, and general commercial leasing and sales, site searches, investment properties and development projects throughout the Buffalo/Niagara Region. RealtyUSA Commercial was acquired by Hanna Commercial in 2106. Marketing has been the common denominator throughout Ms. Blanchard’s 30+ year career. Prior to joining RealtyUSA’s Commercial Division, she honed marketing, advertising, public relations and special events skills in a broad range of industries locally, regionally and nationally including: Economic development, hospitality, music and entertainment, health care, consumer goods, foodservice, business to business, and the arts. On a community level, Ms. Blanchard served on the volunteer Steering Committee of Port of Call: Buffalo! TALL SHIPS CHALLENGE – Great Lakes 2019.
