Paul Yuras

Paul J. Yuras began his career in 1978. Mr. Yuras is a Vietnam Veteran who returned from service to graduate from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, NY, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Business. Working for many years in the field of Accounting & Taxation gives him the ability to provide strong financial analysis. With over 38 years of experience, extensively in the industrial and commercial real estate markets, Mr. Yuras has completed millions of square feet of sale & lease transactions for hundreds of companies. In addition, Mr. Yuras & his company have worked together with Cushman & Wakefield, serving as a sub-contractor providing real estate tenant representation services for the NYC Department of Citywide Administration Services. Mr. Yuras personally negotiated for, consulted with, and successfully completed over a million square feet of relocation & lease renewal transactions for numerous New York City agencies during the period of 1995 through 2003, and once again, in the same capacity, from 2009 to 2016.
