More recently notable transactions include sale and lease transactions with Werner Trucking (50+ Acres of prime industial land in Easton, PA) Penwood Realty (44+ acre for development of 500,000 square foot speculative DC), Royal Manufacturing (sale of 85,000 square foot industrial building - Allentown, PA) and Terraphina, Inc. - sale of 70,000 square foot industrial building in Monroe County, PA for food packaging.)
