As Senior Managing Director of Industrial, Paul Torosian leads the industrial brokerage operations in the Greater Philadelphia market; This includes client relationship management and the direct supervision of both transaction and support professionals. In addition, Paul focuses on business development and market growth and is charged with leading the industrial agency leasing, tenant representation, and capital markets business lines. Paul also serves on the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions team, which integrates the supply chain strategy through real estate implementation. Paul has managed many of the most significant transactions in the Pennsylvania & New Jersey industrial markets throughout his career. With over 25 years of experience, Paul has provided a wide range of real estate services and has developed long-term relationships with many major corporations.
