Paul Sweetland, SIOR

Paul Sweetland has specialized in sales, leasing, sale leasebacks, landlord/tenant representation, seller/buyer representation, development consultation, investment sales, bank REO representation, and marketing of industrial properties since 1998 giving him over 23 years of experience in all aspects of industrial real estate. In the last 5 years alone, Paul has been involved in 889 sale and lease transactions totaling 35 million square feet with a total consideration of $2.5 Billion. Paul’s market knowledge and expertise as well as being licensed in both Nevada and Arizona has allowed him to work alongside some of the largest institutional clients, and developers as well as smaller individual private clients. Paul is an active member of both NAIOP and SIOR as well as a partner of the Doherty Industrial Group. In his free time Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, and five children while continuing to support the Southern Nevada community through numerous charities and volunteer efforts.
