Paul Somers

Paul has over 43 year’s experience in Commercial Real Estate, during which time he has worked for larger corporations as Vice President of Real Estate, handling the development and management of corporate locations as well as overseeing the actual construction and environmental compliance for those locations. In addition, he has also owned his own commercial development and property management company for several years, while simultaneously being involved in the ownership and management of two other retail companies. Paul was also involved in an international development project in Costa Rica Central America commencing in 2006, wherein they were to develop 750 residential condos in a development on the Pacific Ocean known as Los Delfines. He has handled all aspects of commercial real estate from site selection, plan development and approval, zoning, permitting, construction financing and permanent financing, actual construction, leasing and property management of more than 750 properties throughout his career in commercial real estate, including but not limited to supermarket anchored shopping centers, convenience stores, office buildings and smaller retail strips. Paul has a BS degree in Accounting which has proven extremely valuable in reporting and budgeting in all areas of real estate development and management.
