Paul Serafin

Paul Serafin is a retail specialist focused on re-leasing big boxes, new development (anchors and pads), land sales and shop leasing in metropolitan Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott and Prescott Valley. In three years, he has completed more than 180 lease transactions totaling over 1 million square feet. He currently represents Dollar Tree, Books-A-Million and Dunn Edwards, to name a few. He represents owners and developers Kimco Realty, Cole Companies, Sooner Investments, Sahara Development, Great American Capital and Southwest Investment Group. Paul's current listings include re-tenanting/selling two former Wal-Mart stores and leasing nearly 150 acres of new ground-up and redevelopment retail projects including Mesa Riverview and Chandler Riverwalk. Prior to joining De Rito Partners, Inc., he was the owner and founder of a marketing and promotional company and served one year in city planning in Tucson. He is active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves as a Team Leader for the charitable event Brokers for Kids. He is a graduate of University of Arizona in Regional Development with a minor in Business.
