He focuses on Oakland sub-markets, including Pill Hill, Temescal, West Oakland, and Downtown, but also has clients in Berkeley and Walnut Creek, representing both Landlords and Tenants with their requirements. Paul has been a part of successful Sales and development sites in Oakland, and prides himself on living in the Temescal neighborhood encouraging and having a hand in the evolving city. Prior to joining Colliers, Paul began his commercial brokerage career in the Transwestern Walnut Creek office in 2015. He began as an intern, quickly obtained his real estate license, and started closing transactions.
