Paul McManus
Paul McManus is a Vice Chair and one of the senior leaders of Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) in Silicon Valley. OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services in local, national, and global markets. Paul is a senior point of contact on multiple accounts for OSBA and has vast experience with complex transactions both in Silicon Valley and in numerous markets throughout the world. Paul represents the interests of his corporate portfolio clients and scaling start-up clients, ranging from Fortune 100 firms (software, hardware, medical device, biotech and professional services) to venture capital-funded growth companies. Paul is a third generation Bay Area resident. He and his wife Ashley have three daughters (Madison 7, Mackenzie 5 and Margo 3). Paul joined Colliers in the Bay Area in 2007. Paul is an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys snow skiing, wakeboarding, golfing, running, hiking, biking and swimming. Paul is a lifelong 49ers, Giants and Warriors fan. His downtime is spent coaching his girls in soccer, softball and golf.
