Paul is focused exclusively on working with US-based transactions and has built a dynamic team of professionals within the Prime Net Lease family. His tireless determination has resulted in over 450 transactions, totaling over $900 million, with most of these transactions being single-tenant and multi-tenant net lease properties. He has worked with highly recognized and established investment-grade corporations, with notable transactions including Walmart, Walgreens, Home Depot, and Target, to name a few. Paul’s dynamic story began with a large conglomerate real estate investment firm, where he learned all aspects of the business. Paul's extensive role as a real estate broker and investor has educated him on all aspects of commercial real estate and enabled him to play an active role in marketing, negotiating, financing, management, leasing, and sales. What distinguishes Paul from the rest of the industry is his focused determination, diligent negotiation skills, and tireless commitment to clients, placing them in the best possible position throughout every transaction. He has a clear vision of every client's objectives and can put forward a clear and concise approach to the most complex transactions. Paul is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He graduated from California State University, Northridge, with a degree in economics.
