Paul Lyles

Paul joined CBRE in 1998 after beginning his career in the wine industry. Both during and after graduating from San Jose State University with a BS in Biology in 1995, Paul worked in wine production as a chemist. From there he moved into wine sales before transitioning into commercial real estate. Throughout his career Paul has had the opportunity to transact on sale and lease deals involving all product types in the commercial market. In doing so, he has had the experience of working with some of the largest companies, REITs and institutional landlords in the industry. This breadth of experience has been a tremendous asset as he shifts more of his business focus into the healthcare industry.
