Paul Kim was born in Vancouver and grew up in South Surrey. After graduating from UBC, Paul moved to Vancouver Island with his family in 2007 and lived in Nanaimo and Victoria. Prior to joining Macdonald Commercial in 2023, Paul spent 4 years at a Victoria commercial brokerage where he quickly became one of the top agents in the office. As a member of the Victoria Real Estate Board, Paul volunteered on the Government Relations and Professional Development Committees. Paul specializes in the acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings, establishing land assemblies for development and the analysis of investment properties. He has closed multiple deals between institutional investors and developers/landlords. Paul helps bridge the gap between an institutional investor's comprehensive due diligence procedures and a private landlord's capacity to provide the required information.
