I am a Chartered Surveyor based in Stoke on Trent and Stafford. I joined Butters John Bee as Commercial Valuer in March 2008 following six years experience with a local firm of Surveyors where I specialised in Commercial Agency and Property Management. Prior to this I worked for a residential estate agent in Bath specialising in period properties in and around the city. I graduated from Staffordshire University in 2001 with an honours degree in Property with Business and having completed the Assessment of Professional Competence in my first year at BJB, became a Chartered Surveyor in November 2008. In current and past roles, I have acted for a range of independent and national clients including The Highways Agency, Defence Estates and Gala Coral in the disposal of commercial land and premises. Now specialising in Commercial Agency, as part of the Commercial Agency team, I aim to expand Commercial Agency throughout the North West and Midlands regions. Current projects include the recent Management and Agency contract for prestige offices at Crewe Hall on behalf of QHotels group and disposal of surplus offices and land for Jarvis and Betfred. I live with my wife and son and enjoy spending time with family and friends and have a passion for cars and motorsport. I compete at club level in the Future Classics Race Series where my weekends are either spent at Races or in the garage!
