Paul Hooker joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2005 and is a company shareholder. A native Tucsonan, he has successfully completed more than 2,000 sale and lease transactions over the past 25+ years for a total value consideration of more than $900,000,000. Beginning in 1996 as an industrial specialist with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), he partnered with two associates a year later to create one of the most successful brokerage teams ever for the CBRE Tucson Office (record-setting average transaction volume of more than 1,000,000 square feet and $50,000,000 per year during its tenure). In 2000, Paul became a broker and project manager for Shenkarow Realty Advisors (SRA), a newly-formed development and brokerage firm comprised of seven former CBRE colleagues. During his five years with SRA, Paul was involved with the sales, leasing, acquisition/syndication, new development, redevelopment, and/or master planning of 20 major retail centers and office projects, collectively comprising more than 2,000,000 square feet. Prior to his brokerage career, he completed appraisal and market analysis assignments for over $400,000,000 of commercial real estate assets located in Tucson, Las Vegas, and Albuquerque as part of the Valuation and Advisory Services division of the CBRE Tucson Office.
