Paul Holmes

Paul Holmes is an Associate with CBRE''s Adivsory and Transaction Services | Occupier team in Atlanta. A native of Georgia, Mr. Holmes recently relocated to Atlanta after starting his career with CBRE in New York City. In Atlanta, he works on one of the top producing office teams within CBRE, representing clients throughout metro Atlanta and the nation. He has provided services to office tenants from a wide variety of industries, including media, insurance, financial services, technology, consumer goods, and government. Mr. Holmes graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Real Estate, where he was involved in the Terry College of Business as a student ambassador and Vice President of the Real Estate Society. In his free time, he continues to enjoy events related to UGA, as well as coach youth sports.
