Throughout 12 years at CBRE, Paul's focus has spanned across occupier advisory, agency representation, pre-construction consultation, restaurant fundraising, permitting and approval advisory, place-making, and connecting networks to expedite conversations and outcomes. Currently living in and focused on the South Florida trade area, Paul is committed to leveraging his industry knowledge and national relationships, his team's deep experience in the market, and CBRE's data-driven processes, to achieve successful outcomes for his clients. Prior to relocating to South Florida, Paul co-led the Urban Retail Team at CBRE in Boston, MA, having worked there since co-founding CBRE-New England's Retail Team in 2009. Paul's loyalty to real estate is matched by his dedication to nonprofit commitments, most recently exemplified by having been elected to the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
