Paul Griffiths

Paul Griffiths has been in Commercial Real Estate for over 20 years and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the San Jose office of Kidder Mathews with an emphasis on user sales and leasing R&D and office properties. Some of the services he offers include site selection, creative marketing, business growth planning, identifying off-market opportunities, layout planning, expansion and renewal strategies. Paul focuses primarily on Santa Clara County, where his clients have included tech start-ups, established service firms, building owners and developers. He is always up for a challenge, with assignments that have run the gamut from small office spaces to large development sites. Paul has been involved in more than 600 transactions and believes connecting and understanding clients is the key to successful assignments. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Paul led successful teams at InsWeb, BenefitPoint and Race technologies for over 10 years. This experience has been instrumental in quickly understanding the unique challenges and many issues business clients experience.
