Paul Grant

As President & CEO of Genesis Management Group, Mr. Grant possesses over thirty years of experience and expertise in the real estate industry as a manager, site-developer, and property investor. Mr. Grant is best known for approaching all types of properties in an entrepreneurial fashion, and has become an expert at identifying opportunities for adding value and managing expenditures. Throughout his career, he has worked on projects owned by private entities, local municipalities, various states and the federal government, and was most recently Executive Vice President / General Manager of Copley Place for nearly two decades before founding Genesis in 2006.
