After moving from Hyde Park, Paul Frischer attended Orrington, King Lab, ETHS, and then earned his BA in Urban Geography and Psychology at The University of Wisconsin-Madison. After college, Paul returned to Chicago to build his complex real estate and retail companies. These endeavors involved various residential, commercial, mixed use, and distressed properties on the Northshore, Rogers park, Portage park, Lincoln square, Lakeview, Clark/Belmont, Lincoln Park, Pilsen, Waukegan, the chain of lakes, and Milwaukee WI. Frischer simultaneously built a retail company with two dozen stores throughout Chicagoland and Milwaukee. As founding Managing member and CEO, Frischer employed over 100 employees, negotiated hundreds of deals, designed, built, rehabbed, and managed a wide variety of assets. His strengths are his tireless work ethic, eye for value, creative problem solving, patience, and the genuine relationships he builds and maintains for the long haul. After marrying the woman of his dreams he moved back to Evanston to raise his four children. Perhaps you have met Paul around town or at the Y, Home Depot, an Evanston school function, Whole Foods(seeking a hard to find ingredient), or on a tennis court. You may also be familiar with Market Fresh Books which sold books by the pound in downtown Evanston for ten years. Paul joined forces with BHHS Chicago to put his decades of experience to work for his clients. Whether it’s your dream home, a mixed use investment, vacant land, commercial property, or a studio condo, Frischer and the team will be with you shoulder to shoulder so that when we reach the closing table whether you are buying or selling you will feel the satisfaction of completing a solid and healthy transaction. Paul loves what he does, and his passion is contagious. But, don’t be surprised if his advice is direct. He takes his fiduciary responsibility seriously and will always be thinking about negotiation strategies and how to edge for the advantage.
