Paul Forbat

Paul Forbat is President of PCI Commercial Realty Group. He has over 25 years commercial real estate brokerage and executive leadership experience, with a specialty in retail landlord representation. Paul has worked extensively with national, Southern California and Ventura County retailers, successfully negotiating many chain-tenant leases. Tenants include the following: 24 Hour Fitness, 7-Eleven, 99 Cents Only Stores, Ace Hardware, California Closets, Chipotle, Dunkin’ Donuts, Great Clips, H&R Block, Jamba Juice, Leslie’s Poolmart, Pacific Dental Services, Quiznos, Sonus Hearing Care Professionals, Sprint, Starbucks, Subway, T-Mobile, Trader Joe’s, Unleashed by Petco and The UPS Store. Paul also has negotiated numerous office, industrial and multi-family transactions, providing sales, leasing, financing and property management services. He understands the challenges commercial property owners face in finding quality tenants. He is a committed client advocate and tenacious problem solver in delivering the results they need. A Ventura County resident since 1986, he has strong connections within the community. Before founding PCI Commercial Realty Group, Paul held several prominent positions: Vice President, DAUM Commercial Real Estate. DAUM is the oldest commercial real estate company in southern California. Director of Commercial Properties, Public Storage, one of the largest REITs in the United States and Europe. Director of Leasing, Westwood Financial Corp., a national real estate syndicate with over 100 major retail properties. Paul is a California licensed real estate broker and a longtime member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds a master’s degree from Biola University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
