Paul Fogel, SIOR, CPM, CBSB

Paul Fogel is a 29-year veteran leasing and selling industrial real estate in Kansas City. Paul has participated in more than $500 million dollars of industrial transactions in the five-county area in his career. Paul is the past-president on the Western Missouri/Kansas chapter of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. In 2009 Paul served as president on the Kansas City Industrial Council, a lobbying organization representing more than 70,000 manufacturing jobs in Kansas City’s historic industrial areas. In 2017 he was awarded the Frosty Award from that organization. Paul has earned the SIOR (Specialist, Industrial and Office Realtor), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and CPM (Certified Property Manager) designations. He is a member of the Northeast Industrial Council, The Blue Valley Industrial District, The North Kansas City Business Council and the Swope Park Industrial Association. Paul has served three terms on the Board of Trustees of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, served two terms on the Board of Directors for Impact KC, and Community Linc. Paul was named to Ingram's Magazine's "40 under Forty" list in April 2007. He is a 2005 graduate of the Centurions leadership training program, serving as steering committee chair.
