A native to the Tampa Bay Area, I have been involved in commercial real estate for over 39 years and have witnessed the growth in this area first hand, seeing the demand for both retail space and tenants alike. I'm an aggressive and tenacious individual; my extensive canvassing and cold calling of target markets have enabled myself and my staff to develop an extensive database of local and national tenants. For the past 37years I have specialized in the development, management, leasing and sales of shopping centers. During this time I have effectively managed multiple properties with varying demands, I have negotiated well over a million square feet of local tenant leases and about the same of national tenant leases, having well over $100 million dollars in lease value.
