Paul Chapman

Paul joined RTCR in 2003, and has over 30 years agency experience in residential, multi-family and commercial real estate in the Kingston area and beyond. He is also a very experienced property manager. Raised on a family farm north of Kingston, he has excellent knowledge of the local Kingston area and has a wealth of specialized property management education. With 34 years ownership of a Property Management company handling a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, Paul provides full service property management with maintenance supervision. Paul holds an Honours Science Degree (BSc) in Geology from McMaster University.
