ABOUT

Paul was raised in the Bay Area and is a Contra Costa resident. He graduated from De La Salle High School and in 1987 graduated from University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business with an emphasis in finance and real estate. Paul began his Real Estate career as an Acquisitions Researcher for Kaufman and Broad, a national Real Estate homebuilding company. Paul’s career continued in the real estate industry as he established himself as a self-employed Acquisitions Consultant. In 1993, Paul acquired Stephens Property Management from the founder Shirley Stephens and has built the business into one of the dominant property management companies in the East Bay. Since the inception, Stephens Property Management or SPM Properties clientele has increased over ten times. Paul’s goal is to ensure all Property Owners increase their property’s income and efficiency by decreasing expenses and increasing revenue. In addition, Paul guides the SPM team to ensure that all our commercial and residential tenants can be proud of their living or working environment. Paul partakes and oversees the management of all retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties throughout San Francisco’s East Bay Area. The success of SPM is due to the committed team employed at SPM. Paul is an active member and Board Director of the California Apartment Association. He is also a licensed broker with the California Department of Real Estate. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
