Paul Cattin is a commercial real estate broker with Platinum CRE and specializes in owner-user, investment sales, and acquisitions for retail, industrial, and office properties throughout the Denver metro area. Paul has extensive experience in site analysis, investment properties, financial planning, leasing, underwriting, brand building, and marketing campaigns while working with an array of clients from large billion-dollar companies, single high net worth individuals, small local investors, and owner-users running their own companies. Paul delivers detailed property and financial analyses to ensure his clients can make the most informed decisions for their sales and acquisition needs. Paul has earned his CCIM certificate (Certified Commercial Investment Member). CCIMs are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. The CCIM designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation tactics and strategies. Prior to joining Platinum CRE, Paul was a Senior Broker at NAI Shames Makovsky. Prior to brokerage, Paul operated as CEO and then a Board Member of a small multi-chain of cafes for 17 years then assisted in the sale of the company in 2020. Before this, he served as the Marketing Director for Pelé Sports of North America. Paul invests in real estate and has served as the president of a Denver, multi-family complex HOA. With an education in Business Management & Entrepreneurship, Paul embraces the unique challenges and criteria of each client.
