Paul Callister

Paul began his commercial real estate career in 1986 as a retail specialist at Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. Paul opened his own brokerage in 1990; then partnered with Doug Albright in 1998 to form Albright Callister & Associates, LLC. During his career, Paul has closed transactions for clients in good and bad economies. He is always able to find value in any economy for his clients. Paul has been instrumental in closing a significant number of office, retail, industrial, land transactions, and investment properties during his more than 34 year career in the Las Vegas commercial real estate industry. Early in his career, Paul assembled over 150 acres near the Nevada/California border for Primm Resorts, which is now the site of the Primm Valley Resort golf course. The success of his clients is Paul's top priority; which is evident in the number of clients that Paul has represented since 1986, who still choose Paul to represent them today. Paul lives by the golden rule, and gives the same amount of attention and importance to every client regardless of transaction size. Paul’s core value is honesty. He always gives his clients the truth regardless of how easy or difficult it may be. Paul has been on all sides of a commercial real estate transaction as a broker, buyer, seller, and owner.
