ABOUT

Paul obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. He began his career in commercial real estate at Richard Bowers & Company, a large commercial brokerage in Atlanta. While at Bowers, he specialized in the representation of office tenants who were seeking solutions for their office space needs. Following Bowers, Paul became a Real Estate Manager with Racetrac Petroleum. While in this role, he managed the site selection and entitlement process for new convenience stores throughout the Southeast. Seeking to expand his real estate knowledge, Paul joined Ashton Woods Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in North America. He served as their Director of Land Acquisitions of the Atlanta division. In this role, Paul managed the acquisition of finished lots from developers as well as the acquisition and entitlement of raw land for the purpose of developing new residential communities in the greater Metro-Atlanta market. After moving back to his hometown of Savannah, Paul joined the TMX Finance Family of Companies as the Senior Vice President of Real Estate. During his tenure at TMX, he led real estate expansion efforts for the company which resulted in an additional 1,250 retail locations across 20 US States. His Leasing Team was responsible for all aspects of the company’s leased locations including maintenance, lease extensions/renewals/terminations, and a rent roll of approximately $6M monthly. In addition, he also managed company office, warehouse and industrial storage lot leases as well as many sale/leaseback dispositions. Collectively, Paul has the experience of having been involved in many hundreds of real estate transactions throughout the US.
