Paul is a Vice President in CBRE’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Paul specializes in assisting corporations with lease acquisitions all throughout Los Angeles County and Southern California. Paul joined CBRE in March of 2008 as the head research analyst for the Downtown Los Angeles office. During his eight years with the company, Paul has participated in multiple lease acquisitions and space dispositions for his clients. Paul’s core responsibilities on the team include, but are not limited to, opportunity reconnaissance, marketing new business and client relationships. His attention to detail, proactive mindset and relentless follow-through are the cornerstone of his ability to provide clients with responsive service and competitive results.
