Paul Aronhalt

Paul began his career in commercial real estate by co-founding a property management company. After developing a portfolio of management contracts, he merged with North Rock Real Estate where today he co-leads the firm’s property and asset management operations made up of over 25 commercial assets. Paul was responsible for implementing the firm's propriety property management system which provides North Rock industry-leading accounting capabilities, building maintenance systems, reporting tools, and other services which are heavily utilized by our portfolio Tenants and Landlords. Paul is currently on track to receive his Certified Property Manager (CPM®), and (CCIM®) designation before the end of 2021.
