ABOUT

Paul is an experienced landlord and tenant commercial broker. Since he was young he has always been interested in commercial real estate. When he was in high school, he power-washed sidewalks and replaced air filters at Robert Duncan Plaza (now Block 300). In 2010, he joined the Melvin Mark brokerage team and took the step into office leasing and landlord representation. As a broker, Paul works to create a shared success between himself and his clients. During his time with Boston Properties in San Francisco, he aided in leasing the four Embarcadero Center Office buildings as well as other BXP buildings in South San Francisco, Mountain View, and San Jose totaling more than 4 million square feet. With exposure to new construction and traditional and creative office leasing, Paul was able to build experience in a fast-moving and high-volume marketplace. At Melvin Mark, Paul currently represents several long-term and well-positioned building owners including Killian Pacific, the Goodman Family, and a variety of Melvin Mark-owned assets. His partnerships with these owners have created industry experience and the ability to make decisions focused on the long term – both of which keep his properties competitive. As a grandson of former leader Pete Mark, Paul is dedicated to Melvin Mark and the values it represents. He enjoys getting outside with his family and friend any chance he gets, and can usually be found in a local coffee shop on weekend mornings with his wife and young daughters.
