Patxi Diaz

Patxi Diaz is a Senior Associate with CBRE who specializes in representation of local, regional and national tenants throughout South Florida. Past and current clients include Party City, Xfinity, Title Boxing, Gymboree, Eileen Fisher, Sage Dental, The Shade Store®, Jenny Craig® and WaWa. He partners with Senior Vice President Paco Diaz, a 30-year veteran in South Florida’s retail market, and brother Danny Diaz, forming a bicultural and bilingual family team that is uniquely equipped to understand all the different nationalities that make South Florida a diverse and dynamic region. Mr. Diaz has been instrumental in Sage Dental’s (formerly Gentle Dental) rapid expansion. Since 2012, he has helped them grow from 21 to 35 strategic locations throughout South Florida, and he will play a lead role in their further expansion throughout the state of Florida and parts of the southeast. He is also a member of the team charged with helping WaWa identify strategic locations for 120 stores throughout South Florida. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Diaz was responsible for leasing activities on 10 shopping centers in Miami-Dade County with Horizon Properties. He was also with The Paradise Development Group as a site acquisition manager and Equity One as a leasing representative.
