Patty Helton Davis is a full-time Broker licensed in both states of Alabama and Florida. Under Patty’s leadership, PHD Realty and her team has experienced tremendous growth by raising the bar and providing outstanding customer service for their clients. Patty was born and raised in Bratt and has lived in Atmore, AL for most of her life. With her sales career beginning in 1976, she became a Realtor in 1997. In 2013, she stepped out on faith to open her own business, PHD Realty. In her many years as a Realtor, Patty has received numerous awards and accolades for her outstanding performance and dedication to her clients. In 2022, she was recognized as a Mobile Bay Real Producer and published in their magazine as one of the elite real estate agents in the industry. She has also been recognized by the Pensacola Bay Area Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtor’s Top Gun Award, which celebrates her exceptional sales. Her business has been named Best of the Best Real Estate Company since 2014. Patty was also awarded the Top Thousand Real Estate Professionals by Real Trends, where she ranked 87th in the nation. Patty is an active member and former President of the Atmore Lions Club. She’s also a supporter of several community activities including Flomaton and Century, as well. She is married to Jerry Davis, has one son, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and two step-daughters. In her free time Patty enjoys attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, and singing in the choir at Atmore First Assembly of God.
