Patti Kutschko

Patti Kutschko, a 26 year veteran of commercial real estate joined DAUM in 2001 and specializes in all aspects of the sale and leasing of retail, and office properties in the Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley and Ventura County. Patti has set an industry standard for retail site selection, shopping center sales and leasing, development consulting, due diligence reporting, expert testimony and has a trained eye for investments. Prior to joining DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, Patti founded and operated her own commercial real estate company in Seattle, Washington. In both Seattle and Los Angeles, Patti has been instrumental in helping to assist both Landlord’s and Tenant’s in obtaining their desired real estate goals. Her strong organizational skills, a focused and individualized approach to each leasing assignment together with an excellent relationship with the brokerage community at large have helped contribute to her success. To the negotiation table, Patti brings a clear understanding of both Landlord and Tenant needs. Patti was also in DAUM’s Top Producers for 2015. Patti is an active member of International Counsel of Shopping Centers, AIR Commercial Real Estate Association, Burbank Chamber of Commerce and Santa Clarita Chamber of Commerce and a CCIM Candidate. Patti works closely with the Economic Development Agency for Santa Clarita, Castaic Chamber of Commerce and has been quoted several times in the Valley Business Journal as an expert source for the retail real estate market in the SCV. She has the distinction of being a DAUM Presidents Club Member, an organization of the company’s top producers and has received national recognition from DAUM honoring her for her representation of Ferguson Express, in completing their largest retail transaction of 2005 and in again in 2015.
