Patti Dittman

Patricia “Patti” Dittman, joined the Millcraft team in July of 2009. As Vice President of Leasing, she oversees the office and retail leasing activities of Millcraft’s real estate portfolio. Her expertise includes lease transaction negotiations, economic lease analysis, business development, strategic planning and tenant/broker relations. Patti has more than 30 years of real estate leasing, project management and property management experience. Prior to joining Millcraft, she was employed for 12 years as Vice President of Leasing & Property Management for a Pittsburgh based real estate developer primarily engaged in premier commercial office, retail and residential developments. Responsibilities included project management, cost estimating, construction management, marketing and advertising. Previous experience includes 15 years as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing with another Pittsburgh based real estate development company.
