Patrick Zado

Patrick joined Cosol Commercial Real Estate in August of 2017 specializing in retail sales and leasing throughout the Central Valley. His primary focus is landlord and tenant representation and has completed transactions with Subway, Mr. Pickles, Krispy Kreme, Dollar General, Ross, and numerous other major retailers. Prior to joining Cosol, Patrick worked as an Associate for Lee & Associates in Stockton for nearly 10 years. Patrick has a California Real Estate Broker License, is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, and a graduate of the University of Southern California. Patrick lives in Turlock with his wife and two children and when not chasing his two kids around, likes to spend his time at the golf course.
